Canby Appellate Argument Competition he was named as the Best Oralist, and he as was an active participant in the school's National Moot Court Team. Here he was an Assistant Coach for those on the team between the years of 2002-2003.

Grant graduated from law school in 2003 with a cum laude honor and immediately went on to learn more about tax law by moving to NYC to attend the New York University School of Law Graduate Tax Program and graduated the following year in 2004. Grant returned to the state of Arizona to practice law and has since been helping many individuals with a variety of their legal needs. Wanting to branch out and establish his own firm, Grant opened his own practice just three years ago in 2009. His professional licenses include his membership in the Arizona State Bar since 2004 as well as his more recent U.S. Tax Court license from 2012. As Grant continues to reach into his local community he has in the past volunteered as a lawyer for the Arizona Wills for Heroes program and is currently an active member in the VFW 1433 Perpetual Trust.
